The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• ROBERTO GARZA JR., 29, of 1700 S. Main St., was arrested Monday on warrants for no driver's license – when unlicensed, expired motor vehicle inspection certificate, expired registration and failure to appear (three counts).
• ANDREW RAMIRO GUTIERREZ, 21, of 3604 Hamilton, was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• JUSTIN WILLIAM GONZALES, 20, of 1112 Mulberry, was arrested Monday on a warrant for duty on striking fixture or landscaping.
• KEVIN WILLIAMS, 20, of 1002 Nolan, was arrested Monday on warrants for failure to yield the right-of-way, no driver's license – when unlicensed and failure to appear (two counts).
• MARKQUIN EARL HARRIS, 27, of 2911 W. Highway 80 (apartment number not provided), was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• AMY ABREGO, 31, of 1905 Wasson Rd. Apt. 42, was arrested Monday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• AVEL ABREO RAMIREZ, 66, of 1512 Wood, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ALFONSO GARCIA POSADA, 47, of Austin, Texas, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• TERELL HOUSTON, 21, of 2609 Hunter Dr., was arrested Monday on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• JESUS FLORES, 34, of 1202 Pennsylvania, was arrested Monday on a warrant for driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• CHRIS RUIZ, 43, of 1509 Vines, was arrested Monday on a charge of theft - $1,500 with two or more convictions.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1300 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 1000 block of S. Gregg Street.
• STOLEN VEHICLE was reported in the 2100 block of Alabama.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 1700 block of Scurry.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 600 block of E. 16th Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 84 inmates at the time of this report.
• ROBERTO GARZA, 29, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for no driver's license, failure to appear (three counts), expired motor vehicle inspection and displaying an expired registration.
• ANDREW RAMIRO GUTIERREZ, 21, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a Gains County warrant for motion to revoke probation for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• JESUS FLORES, 34, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• CHRIS RUIZ, 43, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of theft of property with two or more previous convictions.
• JUSTIN WILLIAM GONZALES, 20, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a charge of duty on striking fixture or highway landscape.
• MARKQUIN HARRIS, 27, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a charge of theft of service – more than $500 and less than $1,500.
• KEVIN LAMONT WILLIAMS, 20, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for failure to yield the right-of-way, violation of a promise to appear, no driver's license and failure to appear.
• AMY MARIE ABREGO, 31, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• AVEL ABREO RAMIREZ, 66, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• ALFONSO GARCIA POSADA, 47, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• TEREL DEVON HOUSTON, 21, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the 500 block of S. Main Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 900 block of Abrams. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported near the intersection of FM 700 and I-20. Service refused.
• GRASS FIRE was reported in the 3200 block of Parkway.
