The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• CALVIN JACOB LAWSON, 29, of 3701 La Junta, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit other felony.
• DANIEL JOSEPH DAWDY, 20, of 1425 E. Sixth St. Apt. 4, was arrested Tuesday on charges of expired motor vehicle inspection certificate, speeding and expired registration.
• MICHAEL LEE MARBEITER, 38, of 2626 Hunter Dr., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• ROBERT JAMES HUMPHUS, 32, of 511 S. Goliad, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of hindering officers discharging official duties.
• MATTHEW RAMIREZ, 35, of Victoria, Texas, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from another agency.
• LEON LEE TREVINO, 31, of 407 W. Sixth St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• VERONICA LOUISA MORELION, 25, of 600 S. Lancaster, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CHRISTOPHER OCTAVI GUTIERREZ, 26, of 1302 Madison, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CHELSEA RENEE FRYAR, 22, of 1410 Robin St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CLAYTON DOW BIRMELIN, 26, of Lubbock, Texas, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• THEFT was reported in the 700 block of E. 16th Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 100 block of Valverde.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 2100 block of Johnson.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 200 block of W. FM 700.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• MICHAEL ANGEL ESPUDO JR., 28, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while intoxicated – blood alcohol more than 0.15.
• CLAYTON DOW BIRMELIN, 26, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• DORKISH TRISHAWN YOUNG, 17, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of failure to attend school.
• PAIGE NASHEY PALMER, 17, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of assault causing bodily injury (two counts).
• MICHAEL LEE MARBEITER, 38, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and a Taylor County warrant for possession of meth with intent to deliver.
• ROBERT JAMES HUMPHUS, 32, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of hindering officers discharging official duties.
• MATTHEW RAMIREZ, 35, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a Victoria warrant for criminal non-support.
• LEON LEE TREVINO, 31, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• VERONICA LOUISA MORELION, 25, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• CHELSEA FRYAR, 22, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• CHRISTOPHER C. GUTIERREZ, 26, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• RONALD WARF, 17, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of speeding and no driver's license.
• BRENNA LEDAE HILL, 21, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1900 block of Martin Luther King Blvd. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of Veterans Blvd. One person was transported to SMMC.
• RUBBISH FIRE was reported in the 600 block of N.W. Seventh Street.
