The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• KIMBERLY NICOLE HERNANDEZ, 29, of 3617 Hamilton, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for child less than 17 years old riding without a safety belt (two counts), leaving unattended child in a motor vehicle, driving while license invalid, unlawful dog or cat tethering, dog or cat running at large, failure to appear (four counts) and no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• JUAN ANTONIO HERNANDEZ, 41, of San Antonio, Texas, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• JESSE JAMESRUBIO MATA, 26, of Baytown, Texas, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• BOBBY HAROLD DAVIS, 38, 3303 Cornell, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from another agency and a warrant for theft of aluminum, bronze, copper or brass – state jail felony.
• EUGENE GONZALES RODRIGUEZ, 39, of 1210 Mobile, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• GAVINO ORTIZ, 46, of 2202 Williams Rd., was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from another agency.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported:
In the 400 block of Dallas.
In the 1200 block of Mulberry.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.
In the 1700 block of S. Lancaster.
In the 1000 block of S. Gregg Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1900 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• BOBBY HAROLD DAVIS, 38, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a parole warrant and a charge of theft of aluminum, bronze, copper or brass – state jail felony.
• KIMBERLY NICOLE HERNANDEZ, 29, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of parent contributing to the non-attendance of a minor and municipal capias warrants for child less than 17 years old riding without a safety belt (two counts), leaving unattended child in a motor vehicle, driving while license invalid, unlawful dog or cat tethering, dog or cat running at large, failure to appear (four counts) and no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• JAMES LYNN RICHARDSON, 22, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on municipal warrants for bondsman off bond – burglary of a building (two counts) and a municipal capias warrant for public intoxication.
• EUGENE RODRIGUEZ, 39, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• GAVINO JOSE ORTIZ, 46, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on an Austin warrant for violation of parole.
