The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• ROBERT SCOTT OCHOA, 33, of 804 W. Interstate Highway 20 N. Service Road Apt. 204, was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• BRANDON JOE ROBINSON, 27, of 1312 Elm St., was arrested Monday on warrants for driving while license invalid and failure to appear.
• ANGELA CELESTE DUGGER, 35, of 1604 Settles, was arrested Monday on a warrant for bail jumping – failure to appear.
• WESLEY ALLEN EDMONDSON, 25, of 304 Hoover in Coahoma, was arrested Monday on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 800 block of W. Interstate Highway 20.
In the 2900 block of Melrose.
In the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 2500 block of Albrook.
In the 2500 block of Gunter.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• STEPHEN ROBERT JOYCE, 24, was booked into the county detention center Friday by DPS on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• BRITTANY CASTILLO, 20, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on charges of ride not secured by safety belt, no safety seat for child passenger, violation of a promise to appear, a municipal capias warrant for no driver's license and a DPS warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• CHRISTINA MYRICK, 34, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of theft of property – more than $500 and less than $1,500 and a Lubbock County capias warrant for theft – more than $50 and less than $500.
• RYAN WAYNE NORMAN, 21, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• ANGELA DARLENE CRAMER, 38, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a Calhoun County warrant for theft of property by check – more than $20 and less than $500.
• CARLOS RODRIGUEZ, 20, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• THOMAS DUWAYNE ALEXANDER, 44, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on Atascosa County warrants for burglary of a vehicle and theft of property – more than $50 and less than $500.
• PRIMITIVO GALVAN VEGA JR., 35, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• JESSIE JAMES COLLINS, 25, was arrested Saturday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication.
• ANGELA ANN MCGEE, 30, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• DESIREE NATASHA BEST, 30, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated – blood alcohol more than 0.15.
• CHAD MICHAEL RICHARDS, 33, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of bond surrender – theft of property – more than $1,500 and less than $20,000.
• ALBERT RODRIGUEZ, 44, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a municipal capias warrant for no safety belt.
• BRANDY RENEE MARTINEZ, 23, was booked into the county detention center Saturday by the BSPD on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
• FERNANDO DELGADO JR., 18, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on charges of sell/manufacture/distribute/possession of fictitious driver's license or ID certificate, possession of marijuana in a drug free zone – two ounces or less and consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor.
• ESTEBON GANDARA, 32, was booked into the county detention center Sunday by the BSPD on a charge of failure to identify – giving false information and a Dallas warrant for assault – family violence.
• JODY KYLE ROGERS, 53, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• ANGELA CELESTE DUGGER, 35, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of bail jumping – failure to appear.
• ROBERT SCOTT OCHOA, 33, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a Nolan County warrant to revoke probation for driving while intoxicated.
• BANDON JOE ROBINSON, 27, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for driving while license invalid and violation of a promise to appear.
• WESLEY ALLEN EDMONDSON, 25, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• LARRY WILSON STEIGER JR., 29, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of bail jumping – failure to appear, failure to display driver's license and public intoxication.
• JESUS ELIAS MORALES JR., 42, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.
