The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JESUS ELIAS MORALES, 42, of Odessa, Texas, was arrested Tuesday on charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.
• LUIS ADOLFO PENA, 38, of 1105 E. 14th St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• CAROL CHAVEZ, 36, of 1109 N. Aylesford Apt. 328, was arrested Tuesday on two warrants from other agencies.
• JENNY MARIE LYON, 38, of 604 Caylor, was arrested Tuesday on two warrants from other agencies.
• STACI RACHELLE DELOZIER, 31, of 2519 Dow, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.
• TIFFANY ANN ELDER, 30, of 2600 Langley, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for assault causing bodily injury and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• DANIEL ROSALES, 38, of Lubbock, Texas, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• LARRY WILSON STEIGER, 29, of 608 State, was arrested Tuesday on two warrants from other agencies and a warrant for public intoxication.
• GILBERT SILVA, 26, of 1208 Mesa, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of evading arrest or detention.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported:
In the 1100 block of Scurry.
In the 1100 block of Scurry.
In the 600 block of Hillside Drive.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 2500 block of Cindy.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 500 block of Young.
In the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.
• BURGLARY was reported in the 1600 block of E. Sixth Street.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 700 block of Lorilla.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 80 inmates at the time of this report.
• CESAR RODRIGUEZ, 26, was arrested Tuesday on a Kansas warrant for burglary.
• RENE RODRIGUEZ RAMIREZ, 31, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on a warrant for manslaughter.
• LUIS ADOLFO PENA, 38, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• JENNY MARIE HAMILTON LYON, 38, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of issuance of a bad check and theft by check – more than $20 and less than $500.
• GILBERT SILVA, 26, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of evading arrest or detention.
• DANIEL JIMENEZ ROSALES, 38, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• TIFFANY ANN ELDER, 30, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of assault causing bodily injury and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• STACI RACHELLE DELOZIER, 31, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.
• CAROL ANN CHAVEZ, 36, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of parent contributing to the non-attendance of a minor (two counts).
