The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• KASSAUNDRA DYHAN MUNOZ, 22, of 1007 Sycamore, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.
• LETICIA MARIA CRUZ, 33, of Midland, Texas, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• JENNIFER LOPEZ URIBE, 38, of 1101 Mesa, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for permitting an unlicensed minor to drive (parent or guardian).
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 500 block of Hillside Drive.
• THEFT was reported in the 1200 block of Angela Drive.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 700 block of S. Gregg Street.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 2500 block of Chanute.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 100 block of Davis Road.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 73 inmates at the time of this report.
• LARRY WILSON STEIGER JR., 29, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on charges of bail jumping – failure to appear, failure to display driver's license, public intoxication, speeding (two counts), violation of a promise to appear (two counts) and expired driver's license.
• RODOLFO GARCIA JR., 38, was arrested Wednesday by DPS on Dallas warrants for burglary of a vehicle and evading arrest or detention.
• KASSAUNDRA DYHAN MUNOZ, 22, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.
• JENNIFER LOPEZ URIBE, 38, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a municipal capias warrant for permitting an unlicensed minor to drive (parent or guardian).

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of State. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the area northeast of FM 700. One person was airlifted from the scene.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported near the intersection of Wasson and March. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Gunter. One person was transported to SMMC.
• DUMPSTER FIRE was reported in the 600 block of Dallas.
