The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• AMANDA CHRISTINE WINKLER, 50, of Moody, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• MICHAEL E. BAKER, 44, of 502 Young, was arrested Thursday on charges of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction, dog or cat running at large and two warrants from another agency.
• DANELLE CHRISTINE OVERTON, 24, of 1746 Purdue, was arrested Thursday on a charge of no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• GUADALUPE SAMUEL CRUZ, 20, of 2515 Fairchild, was arrested Thursday on charges of driving while license invalid, no driver's license – when unlicensed and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• WILLIAM DANE JOHNSON, 19, of Midland, was arrested Thursday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• CARL KEITH SPIVEY, 33, of 821 W. Eighth St., was arrested Thursday on warrants for failure to report change of name/address (two counts).
• PATRICIA FREITAG LEWIS, 73, of 3103 Sherrod, was arrested Thursday on a charge of theft – shoplifting.
• RICKEY RAY WINTERS, 58, of 309 N.W. Ninth St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1800 block of S. Gregg Street.
In the 2900 block of W. 13th Street.
In the 2000 block of S. Gregg Street.
In the 700 block of W. Interstate Highway 20.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 3300 block of Auburn.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
Note: The Big Spring Police Department incorrectly reported Thursday Rickey Lopez, 45, of 4207 Parkway, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for no drivers license when unlicensed, driving while license invalid. The arrest record should have read: Rickey Lopez, 21, of 601 Caylor, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for no drivers license when unlicensed, driving while license invalid.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• DANELLE CHRISTINE OVERTON, 24, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• CARLTON KEITH SPIVEY, 33, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for failure to change address (two counts).
• GUADALUPE SAMUEL CRUZ, 20, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid and municipal warrants for no driver's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• WILLIAM DANE JOHNSON, 19, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• JOHN GARCIA JR., 17, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• PATRICIA LEWIS, 73, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of theft.
• JULIAN MICHAEL CHAVEZ, 17, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of theft.
• RICKEY WINTERS, 58, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• LEROY ZUBIATE, 27, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for speeding, no driver's license, driving while license invalid (two counts) and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• JAIME CARRASCO LOPEZ, 30, was arrested Friday by DPS on charges of driving while license invalid, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1700 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the 1100 block of Gregg Street. Five people were transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 5100 block of Parkway. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of 16th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1100 block of N. Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of S. Austin. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2000 block of Rickabaugh Road. Service refused.
