The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JAY FRANK OLIVAS, 21, of 2001 N. Salem Rd., was arrested Tuesday on charges of criminal trespass of a habitation/shelter and public intoxication.
• CRYSTAL LASHEL COBLE, 24, of 1510 S. Nolan, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for no dog or cat vaccination (rabies).
• CHRISTOPHER BENNETT WOOTEN, 50, of 301 State, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• RONNIE RENE RIVERA, 31, of 1801 S. Owens, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• ANSELMO JOEL ONTIVEROS JR., 25, of 4213 Hamilton, was arrested Tuesday on charges of resisting arrest, search or transportation, public intoxication and prohibited weapons – switchblade/knuckles.
• JASON RAY PAYNE, 32, of 1106 W. Third St., was arrested Tuesday on charges of resisting arrest, search or transportation and public intoxication.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 4100 block of Muir.
In the 2900 block of E. Interstate Highway 20.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1100 block of N. Lamesa.
In the 1000 block of E. Second Street.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 1600 block of W. Fourth Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 75 inmates at the time of this report.
• RAYMOND OVERTON JR., 32, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on municipal warrants for driving while license invalid and violation of a promise to appear.
• RACHEL JEAN SURA, 22, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of no driver's license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• CRYSTAL COBLE, 23, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of no vaccine or license for animal.
• ROBERT NEAL SCOTT, 39, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• RONNIE RENE RIVERA, 31, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• CHRISTOPHER WOOTEN, 50, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JASON RAY PAYNE, 32, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of resisting arrest, search or transportation and public intoxication.
• MARGARITA OLIVAREZ RAMIREZ, 28, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• ANSELMO JOEL ONTIVEROS JR., 25, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of prohibited weapons – switchblade/knuckles, resisting arrest, search or transportation and public intoxication.
