The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• PHILLIP EUGENE BEBEE, 38, of 1604 Settles, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for assault by contact (two counts).
• LARRY DALE KING, 29, of 4207 Oak, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of burglary of a building.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1400 block of W. Second Street.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 4500 block of Wasson.
• BURGLARY was reported in the 4100 block of Muir.
• STOLEN VEHICLE was reported in the 1300 block of Tucson.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported:
In the 400 block of S. Gregg Street.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 66 inmates at the time of this report.
• ALFRED SANCHEZ, 42, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of bondsman off bond – possession of a controlled substance.
• OSWALDO SUBIA MARTINEZ, 59, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated – third or more offense.
• AMANDA SEBASTIANA COLLAZO, 32, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger less than 15 years old.
• STEVE ALLAN CRIM, 62, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of issuance of a bad check and theft by check – more than $20 and less than $500.
• PHILLIP EUGENE BEBEE, 38, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on municipal capias warrants for assault – physical contact (two counts).

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Morrison. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of W. 18th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the area of Interstate Highway 20. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of Veterans Blvd. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1600 block of Cardinal. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1200 block of Robin. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• DUMPSTER FIRE was reported in the 600 block of Aylesford.
• DUMPSTER FIRE was reported in the 1300 block of Tucson.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1200 block of Frazier. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2000 block of Alabama. One person was transported to SMMC.
