The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• ANSELMO JOEL ONTIVEROS JR., 25, of 4213 Hamilton, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ERNEST WILLIAM CLARK, 71, transient, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ASHLEY ELAINE ELLISON, 23, of 1902 Mittel, was arrested Thursday on warrants for driving while license invalid, failure to appear (two counts) and open container in a motor vehicle – driver.
• BERNARDO FRAUSTO PEREZ, 47, of 2910 E. Cherokee, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1400 block of E. Sixth Street.
In the 300 block of Tulane.
In the 1500 block of Sycamore.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the area around the Big Spring Junior High School.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 1300 block of E. 11th Place.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 700 block of E. 15th Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 65 inmates at the time of this report.
• ADRIANNE DENISE CREEKMORE, 47, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while intoxicated – third or more offense.
• RICKY RAY WINTERS JR., 25, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• ERNEST WILLIAM CLARK, 71, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• ASHLEY ELAINE ELLISON, 23, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for driving while license invalid, violation of a promise to appear, open container in vehicle and failure to appear.
• BERNARDO FRAUSTO PEREZ JR., 47, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
