The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• ROSHUN DONISHA VANDERBILT-MCGEE, 17, of 104 W. 24th St., was arrested Wednesday on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility, expired registration, violation of driver's license restriction and driving without a safety belt.
• EMILIA ALVAREZ, 25, of 1002 N. Main St. Apt. 4, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for no driver's license – when unlicensed, bail jumping – failure to appear (fine only, three counts), operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• JENNIFER ROSE PEREZ, 33, of 1002 N. Main St. Apt. 64, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear and expired registration.
• KEVIN LEE HYNES, 44, of 311 S. Aylesford, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for driving without a safety belt and failure to appear.
• ROBERT LEE EVANS III, 20, of 3623 Connally, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from another agency.
• BRYAN LEE STEFANIAK, 24, of 3702 Boulder Dr., was arrested Wednesday on a charge of delivery of marijuana – more than five pounds and less than 50 pounds.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 600 block of Steakley.
In the 100 block of W. 21st Street.
In the 800 block of E. 15th Street.
In the 300 block of N.E. Second Street.
In the 1200 block of E. Third Street.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 1600 block of Lark.
In the 2200 block of S. Gregg Street.
In the 700 block of Borden

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 69 inmates at the time of this report.
• DONISHA ROSHU MCGEE, 17, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of expired motor vehicle registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility, no seat belt and violation of driver's license restriction.
• EMILIA ALVAREZ, 25, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for no driver's license, failure to appear (three counts), operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• KAREN SHERIE LONG, 47, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by DPS on a charge of fraudulent intent to obtain prescription for controlled substance.
• ROBERT EVANS III, 20, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• JENNIFER ROSE PEREZ, 33, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for displaying expired registration and failure to appear.
• KEVIN LEE HYNES, 44, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal capias warrants for driving without a seat belt and violation of a promise to appear.
• BRYAN LEE STEFANIAK, 24, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of delivery of marijuana – more than five pounds and less than 50 pounds.
• JOSHUA DANIELS, 25, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on chargeS of public intoxication and disorderly conduct – fighting.
• ROGER ARRON TAYLOR JR., 38, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of N.E. 10th Street. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of W. Marcy. One person was transported to SMMC.
• GRASS FIRE was reported near the intersection of N.W. Second Street and Channing.
