The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JIMMY FRANCIS GARRARD, 37, of 303 S.E. Ninth St., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for assault – family violence.
• DENA GAYE COKER, 54, of 1403 S. Nolan, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ISAAC DANIEL CHAVARRIA, 25, of 1504 Nolan, was arrested Tuesday on charges of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• REBECCA RIVAS, 32, of 904 Rosemont, was arrested Tuesday on two warrants from another agency.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 2400 block of E. FM 700.
In the 1600 block of Main Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 700 block of Anna.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 75 inmates at the time of this report.
• JOSE MANUAL RUBIO, 50, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on Arizona warrants for fugitive – possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and forgery.
• JIMMY FRANCIS GARRARD, 37, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of assault – family violence.
• RICHARD FLORES, 58, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• ROBERT COBLE, 22, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of assault causing bodily injury and public intoxication.
• DENA GAYE COKER, 54, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOEL VENEGAS ESTRELLA, 51, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of cruelty to livestock animals.
• ISAAC DANIEL CHAVARRIA, 25, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without final restitution and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• REBECCA RIVAS, 32, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of bondsman off bond/possession of controlled substance more than or equal to one gram and less than two grams.
• ADAN CHAVERA, 41, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD charges of driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without final restitution and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAUMA was reported in the 900 block of Runnels. Service was refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 800 block of Settles. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1000 block of W. Main. One person was transported to SMMC.
