The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JULIAN JAY TORRES, 18, of 500.5 N.W. Seventh St., was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• KY LEE HOFACKET, 22, of 1009 Todd Rd., was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• MORRIS LYNDON FRALEY, 74, of 1506 Stadium, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• MICHAEL BRANDON FOSSEE, 27, of 2508 Albrook, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from another agency and a warrant for violation of a protective order.
• ADRIAN RICARDO DEHOYOS, 19, of 710 Willia, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• HENRY DEWAINE MILLER, 19, of 1809 Young, was arrested Wednesday on charges of evading arrest or detention using a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
• BRITNEE PATRYLE RIOS, 22, of 702 Lorilla, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for theft and failure to appear.
• ALBERT PRESTON DAYLONG JR., 20, of 3716 Hatch, was arrested Thursday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• MISTY MARIA TREVINO, 17, of 1701 Kentucky, was arrested Thursday on warrants for disorderly conduct – fighting and violation of driver's license restriction.
• NICHOLAS LOYA, 31, of Dallas, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CATARINA FRANCO, 20, of 1407 Scurry, was arrested Thursday on a charge of driving while intoxicated – open container.
• JUAN MIGUEL RODRIGUEZ, 22, of 7 Val Verde, was arrested Thursday on charges of use or possession of illegal smoking material and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 700 block of Willia.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 2000 block of S. Gregg Street.
In the 1700 block of E. FM 700.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 1300 block of Mobile Street.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• MORRIS FRALEY, 74, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• JONATHON MICHAEL PAUL, 31, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on charges of criminal mischief, harassment and a motion to revoke hearing.
• VINCENT FERNANDEZ JR., 66, was arrested Wednesday by DPS on charges of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension (two counts).
• BRITTNEE PATRYCE RIOS, 22, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for theft and failure to appear.
• DAVID RIOS, 25, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on municipal warrants for assault – physical contact, failure to appear (two counts), expired motor vehicle inspection, failure to maintain financial responsibility and violation of a promise to appear.
• ADRIAN RICARDO DEHOYOS, 19, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• SERGIO AZDAR, 27, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on charges of no driver's license (two counts), displaying an expired license plate, failure to maintain financial responsibility, displaying wrong license plate, bail jumping – failure to appear and assault – Class C.
• HENRY DEWAINE MILLER, 19, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
• JACE MINCE, 21, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a charge of failure to comply with sex offender registration.
• MICHAEL BRANDON FOSSEE, 27, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of violation of bond/protective order and administrative release violator.
• DANA LANETTE MAYO, 25, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a parole warrant for delivery of a controlled substance.
• CHAD ALLEN MUSGROVE, 43, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on charges of burglary of a vehicle and theft.
• MISTIKA MARIA TREVINO, 17, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for disorderly conduct – fighting and violation of driver's license restriction.

• TRAUMA was reported in the 1600 block of Lancaster. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2400 block of Alabama. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 100 block of Terry. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 7000 block of Service Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 800 block of San Antonio. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of Sixth Street. Service refused.
