The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JULIAN PARRAS RAMIREZ, 45, of 800 N. Scurry, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for expired license plate and failure to appear.
• ADAM CHAVERA, 41, of 709 Willia, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for theft.
• PHILLIP SAMUEL LOZANO JR., 21, of 1905 Wasson Rd. Apt. 58, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for no driver's license – when unlicensed and failure to appear.
• BRYAN LUKE TRAVIS, 29, of Odessa, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for theft and failure to appear.
• SOMER DANAE LANCASTER, 32, of 1804 N. FM 700, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant from another agency.
• JUAN MANUEL GARCIA, 45, of 205 Becker Rd., was arrested Wednesday on warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection certificate (three counts) and failure to cover load to prevent spillage.
• GILBERT GONZALES, 29, of 1610 Goliad, was arrested Wednesday on charges of driving while license suspended/invalid – no insurance, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear.
• ELEUTERIO TORRES PADRON, 61, of 509 N. Goliad, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ROBERT RUBEN SANCHEZ, 46, of 1023 Stadium, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1200 block of W. Second Street.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 900 block of Willia.
• BURGLARY was reported in the 3600 block of Calvin.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 900 block of S. Nolan.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 73 inmates at the time of this report.
• ADAM CHAVERA, 41, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of disregarding a red light, violation of a promise to appear and theft.
• JOSHUA MITCHELL, 17, was arrested Wednesday by DPS on a charge of reckless driving.
• TORREY HOLDMAN BAUM, 24, was arrested Wednesday by DPS on a municipal warrant for running a red light.
• SOMER D. LANCASTER, 32, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a Scurry County motion to revoke probation and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• PHILLIP SAMUEL LOZANO JR., 21, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for no driver's license and failure to appear.
• JOHN CARLOS LOPEZ, 23, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for possession of a controlled substance and a motion to revoke probation for an accident involving damage to a vehicle.
• BRYAN LUKE TRAVIS, 29, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for theft and failure to appear.
• JUAN MANUEL GARCIA, 45, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection (three counts) and improperly secured load.
• GILBERT GONZALES, 29, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility, violation of a promise to appear and driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• MATTHEW SCOTT ALEXANDER, 27, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on charges of theft by check (two counts).
• ELEUTERIO PADRON, 61, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• ROBERT RUBEN SANCHEZ, 46, 61, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 400 block of Scurry. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Simler. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
