The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• ARTHUR EARL JACKSON, 44, of 1307 E. 14th St., was arrested Thursday on a warrant from another agency.
• ALFREDO RIOS, 56, of 1204 Wood, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for expired driver's license.
• FELICIA CANALES, 22, of 1002 N. Main St. Apt. 18, was arrested Thursday on warrants for failure to use safety seat system with child (three counts) and no driver's license when unlicensed.
• CONSENCIO RAYMONE FORD, 27, of 4221 S. Hamilton, was arrested Thursday on charges of evading arrest or detention using a vehicle, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and a warrant from another agency.
• SIMON ELADIO ZUBIATE JR., 31, of 910 W. Fourth St., was arrested Thursday on charges of possession of a controlled substance, tampering/fabricating physical evidence and driving while license invalid.
• CODY DEJUAN HAWKINS, 29, of 810 Cherry, was arrested Thursday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and a warrant from another agency.
• THEFT was reported in the 700 block of E. 15th Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1700 block of Yale.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 75 inmates at the time of this report.
• SAUNDRA JO GARRARD, 37, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a charge of open container – passenger.
• ROSALINDA VALERIO GARCIA, 26, was transferred to the county jail by Martin County on a charge of hindering the apprehension/prosecution of a known felon.
• FELICIA CANALES, 22, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of violation of a promise to appear, open container and municipal warrants for no safety belt – child (three counts) and no driver's license.
• CONSENCIO RAYMONE FORD, 27, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for engaging in organized criminal activity and charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
• CODY DEJUAN HAWKINS, 29, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of bail jumping – failure to appear and possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• SIMON ELADIO ZUBIATE, 31, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on tamper/fabricate physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance and a municipal warrant for driving while license invalid.
• CRISTA CAROLYN COKER, 21, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on charges of no valid inspection certificate, speeding (two counts) and no safety seat for child passenger.
• ANDREW STEVEN BAILON, 20, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for minor consuming alcohol and failure to appear.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of Owens. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 100 block of 24th Street. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of 16th Street in Forsan. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3600 block of Highway 80. One person was transported to SMMC.
• STRUCTURE FIRE was reported in the area of Runnels.
