The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• SAUNDRA JO GARRARD, 37, of 1502 W. Third St., was arrested Thursday on two warrants from other agencies.
• SAMMY FERRELL, 50, of 509 N. Johnson, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CALEB BROWNING LYLE, 17, of 701 Settles, was arrested Thursday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• SHEREDA SHAWNTA MINTZ, 17, of 1301 Lindberg, was arrested Thursday on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• ROBERT MARVIN CARSON, 43, of 113 E. 15th St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.
In the 1900 block of S. Gregg Street.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported:
In the 2000 block of Johnson.
In the 1200 block of Blackmon.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 800 block of W. FM 700.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 64 inmates at the time of this report.
• SAMMY FERRELL, 50, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication with three prior convictions.
• GARRY MONTEL STEPHENSON, 50, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• SAUNDRA JO GARRARD, 37, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on warrants for open container – passenger and violation of a promise to appear.
• SAMMY FERRELL, 50, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• SHEREDA SHANTE MINTZ, 17, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• CALEB BROWNING LYLE, 17, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• ANGELA RUTH MALLONE, 40, was arrested Friday by DPS on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of dangerous drug.
• ROBERT MARVIN CARSON, 43, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of W. Sixth Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 400 block of S. Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 800 block of W. FM 700. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1400 block of Mesquite. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1400 block of Scurry. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2000 block of S. Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Runnels. One person was transported to SMMC.
