The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• JESSE RAY ARMENDARIZ, 20, of Bastrop, was arrested Monday on warrants for public intoxication and failure to appear.
• DAVID FRANCO, 33, of 1407 E. 18th St., was arrested Monday on charges of disorderly conduct – language (two counts).
• FABIAN MIGUEL GALAN, 26, of 1002 N. Gregg St., was arrested Monday on warrants for no driver's license – when unlicensed and criminal mischief.
• TONY DELAGARZA, 46, of 1002 E. 16th St., was arrested Monday on charges of public intoxication and assault by contact.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 1400 block of Oriole.
In the 1600 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 2500 block of Carleton.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 1500 block of W. Fourth Street.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 100 block of N. First Street in Coahoma.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 2600 block of Fairchild.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 66 inmates at the time of this report.
• VINCENT FERNADEZ JR., 66, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• JESSE RAY ARMENDARIZ, 20, was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on municipal warrant for public intoxication and failure to appear.
• DANIEL GONZALES, 31, was booked into the county jail Monday on a Bernalillo County warrant for failure to appear – drug trafficking charges.
• DAVID FRANCO, 33, was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – language and a municipal warrant for disorderly conduct – language.
• PAUL DANIEL LEE, 33, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility, expired registration, possession of drug paraphernalia and disregarding a stop sign.
• ANTHONY DELAGARZA, 46, was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication and a municipal warrant for assault – physical contact.
• FABIAN MIGUEL GALAN, 26, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal mischief and a municipal warrant for no driver's license.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAUMA was reported in the 2000 block of S. Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 700 block of Craigmont. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3200 block of Parkway. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of N. FM 700. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Hilltop. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported near the 163 mile marker of Interstate Highway 20. Service refused.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 200 block of W. FM 700. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3200 block of Parkway. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Cherokee. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 800 block of E. 15th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1300 block of Lindberg. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of W. Utah. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2600 block of Albrook. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Cherokee. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 600 block of E. Sixth Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Morrison. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 600 block of N. Birdwell Lane. One person was transported to SMMC.
