The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JESSICA FAYE BROOKS, 24, of Lubbock, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility, driving while license invalid and a warrant from another agency.
• JOHN HENRY SCHENCK, 36, of 1513 Wood, was arrested Tuesday on charges of driving while license suspended/invalid – no insurance and failure to maintain financial responsibility (two counts).
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 600 block of Highland Drive.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 70 inmates at the time of this report.
• LUCAS WAYNE HUMBLE, 17, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal mischief.
• RICKY RAY WINTERS JR., 25, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a judgment and sentence for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• JESSICA FAYE BROOKS, 24, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a Lubbock warrant for criminal mischief to impair public service and municipal warrants for driving while license invalid and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• STEPHEN KYLE GAY, 27, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of bail jumping – failure to appear.
• MONICA JANELLE MCGRUDER, 39, was arrested Tuesday on charges of stealing/receiving stolen checks (two counts), forgery of a financial instrument, a Bexar County warrant for credit/debit card abuse and municipal warrants for theft and failure to appear.
• NATHANIEL JAMAL AUSBIE, 28, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on judgment/sentence for possession of a controlled substance and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
• RICKY WAYNE WASHBURN, 52, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on judgment/sentence for possession of a controlled substance (two counts).
• JOHN HENRY SCHENCK, 36, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension and municipal warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility (two counts).
• ROBERTO VASQUEZ II, 20, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a charge of bail jumping and failure to appear.
• DEBRA KAY LOMAS, 45, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• DAMIAN ISMAEL LUJAN, 27, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of failure to stop and render aid.
• COREY SHANE HUDSON, 35, was arrested Wednesday by DPS on a charge of driving while intoxicated – open container.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of Lancaster. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of Runnels. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 400 block of Dallas. One person was transported to SMMC.
