The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• MAX DALE ELLSWORTH, 47, of 1811 Nolan, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from another agency.
• JOVITA RODRIGUEZ, 32, of 1701 Runnels, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 800 block of Magnolia.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 61 inmates at the time of this report.
• RUBBEN CARRION, 49, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• MICHAEL RAY THOMAS, 39, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JAMES LEE WOODARD, 47, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by DPS on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
• MAX DALE ELLSWORTH, 47, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a blue warrant.
• ESPERANZA GARZA, 42, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on charges of bail jumping – failure to appear and driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• JOVITA CARDENAS RODRIGUEZ, 32, was booked into the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on charges of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension, failure to identify as a fugitive – giving false information and a Tom Green County warrant for for motion to revoke probation for aggravated assault. Note: According to jail officials, Rodriguez originally used a false name — Sallie Solis — at the time of her arrest.
• ROBERT RUBIN SANCHEZ, 47, was booked into the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication with three prior convictions.
• NICOLAS CRAIG MILLS, 31, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• MICHAEL EVERET BARNETT, 24, was booked into the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a Concho County warrant for a motion to revoke probation.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAUMA was reported near the intersection of Gregg Street and 11th Place. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Tucson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3200 block of Parkway. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1200 block of Lindberg. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 100 block of 24th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1000 block of Runnels. No transportation.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 400 block of E. Fourth Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• STRUCTURE FIRE was reported in the 600 block of Highland. Fire was extinguished.
• AUTOMOBILE FIRE was reported in the 500 block of W. Fourth Street. Fire was extinguished.
