The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• THOMAS RAY CAMARILLO, 38, of 413 S. Fifth St. in Coahoma, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• STEVEN VALENCIA GAMBOA, 28, of 506 N. Nolan, was arrested Thursday on charges of public intoxication and expired registration.
• JULIAN JAY TORRES, 18, of 500.5 N.W. Seventh St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
• RUBEN ANTHONY GONZALEZ, 28, of Midland, was arrested Thursday on warrants for evading arrest or detention — previously convicted (state jail felony) and failure to identify as a fugitive – giving false information.
• RUBEN JUAREZ JR., 26, of 2526 Hunter, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• GABRIEL AGUILAR, 34, of 1612 Lark, was arrested Thursday on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• RUSSELL CHARLES HESSON, 43, of 800 W. FM 700 Apt. 28, was arrested Thursday on a warrant from another agency.
• TAMMY KAY LOCKHART, 35, of 1106 W. Third St. Apt. 13, was arrested Friday on a warrant for assault by contact.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 600 block of E. Sixth Street.
In the area near County Road 50 and FM 1584.
In the 2500 block of Carol Drive.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 700 block of N. Gregg Street.
In the 1000 block of S. Goliad.
In the 1600 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 1400 block of Dixie.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 63 inmates at the time of this report.
• DAVID CANALES JR., 26, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a bench warrant for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• JONAHTON MICHAEL PAUL, 31, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for driving while intoxicated.
• RUSS C. HESSON, 43, was booked into the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for terroristic threat.
• CURTIS HAROLD JEFFERY JR., 28, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a bench warrant.
• PAUL ROSTUM RAMIREZ, 46, was booked into the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for driving while intoxicated – second offense and a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• JUAN ANGEL MADRID, 25, was booked into the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on an Austin parole violation.
• KATHERINE DELORES SCAGGS, 40, was booked into the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a parole violation.
• TAMMY LOCKHART COKER, 35, was booked into the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a Howard County warrant.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of 25th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3600 block of Connally. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of Avenue C in Forsan. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Chanute. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Hunter. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Fairchild. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
