The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• PAUL RAY FLANNELL, 55, of 1106 W. Fourth St., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for dog or cat running at large.
• HOWARD BRANDON JOHNSON, 28, of 1511 S. Scurry Apt. A, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• TANYA L. WATERS, 33, of 200 N. FM 820 in Coahoma, was arrested Tuesday on charges of criminal mischief and public intoxication.
• JOHN JAY FLORES, 41, of 1207 Frazier St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of criminal mischief – more than $50 and less than $500.
• RUFUS ANDREW DAVIS, 42, of Abilene, Texas, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from another agency.
• CASSIE CHRISTINE CANTU, 24, of 814 Lorilla St., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from another agency.
• THEFT was reported in the 1100 block of N. Lamesa Highway.
• STOLEN VEHICLE was reported in the 3600 block of Connally.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
In the 1100 block of W. Fourth Street.
In the 300 block of E. Eighth Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1400 block of Oriole.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 800 block of Owens.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 75 inmates at the time of this report.
• PAUL RAY FLANNELL, 55, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a municipal warrant for animal at large.
• BOBBY LEROY ESCOBEDO, 50, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• HOWARD BRANDON JOHNSON, 28, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• CASSIE CHRISTINE CANTU, 24, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a Caldwell County warrant for failure to appear – assault causing bodily injury.
• JOHN RAY FLORES, 41, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal mischief – more than $50 and less than $500.
• TANYA LEE WATERS, 33, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of criminal mischief and public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Harvard. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 100 block of N. Carey. One person was transported to SMMC.
