The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity Tuesday and early Wednesday:
• MELVIN WILLIAM BIDDLE, 48, 908 W. Fourth, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
• DAVID LYNN DOW, 27, 1402 Tucson, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.
• JAMES CARSON, 50, 200 N. Scurry, was arrested on two warrants from other agencies.
• ASHLEY CASSAREZ LUNA, 26, 406 S. Douglas, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated/second offense.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 100 block of Lockhart.
• THEFT was reported in the 1700 block of Johnson.

The Howard County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity Tuesday (63 prisoners were reported in the county jail):
• BILLY WAYNE ALDRIDGE SR., 50, was jailed on a charge of no driver's license.
• MELVIN WILLIAM BIDDLE, 48, was jailed on a charge of public intoxication.
• DAVID LYNN DOW, 27, was jailed on Tom Green County warrants charging driving while intoxicated/third or more offense, bail jumping and failure to appear.
• ASHLEY CASSAREZ LUNA, 25, was jailed on a charge of driving while intoxicated/second offense.
• ROBERT RUBIN SANCHEZ, 46, was jailed on a charge of public intoxication.
• SAMANTHA JUNE VASQUEZ, 22, was jailed on charges of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, search or transport, and possession of marijuana under two ounces.
• TIFFNEY TINDOL, 31, was jailed on a warrant charging criminal mischief/impairing or interrupting public service.

The Big Spring Fire Department/Emergency Medical Service reported the following activity Tuesday and early Wednesday:

• MEDICAL was reported in the 2600 block of Chanute. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Hunter. Service was refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Hunter. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported at the intersection of Longshore and Martin. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
