The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• GARY LEE BOGNER, 45, of Mabank, Texas, was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• FRANK FIERRO JR., 64, of 603 N.W. Fifth St., was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• MICHAEL REY LEWIS, 50, of 1002 Main Apt. 34, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• JORDAN WESTON HAMILTON, 23, was arrested Monday on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• ANSELMO JOEL ONTIVEROS, 26, of 4213 Hamilton was arrested Monday on charges of driving while intoxicated child passenger and evading arrest/detention previously convicted.
• WESLEY ALLEN EDMONDSON, 24, of 304 Hoover in Coahoma, was arrested Monday on warrants for theft between $20 and $500 by check and issuance of bad check.
• RAUL JR ORTIZ, 34, of 119 Collins Rd., was arrested Monday on a warrant for fail to appear, operate a motor vehicle over gross weight and no license plate on trailer.
• KELLY LEA MCDANIEL, 46, of 408 N. Fourth St. in Coahoma, was arrested Monday on warrants for fail to appear (two counts), failed to maintain financial responsibility, expired registration and issuance of bad check.
• SHANE LEE NEWSOME, 47, of 408 N. Fourth St. in Coahoma, was arrested Monday on a warrant for speeding.
• BURGLARY OF HABITATION was reported in the 600 block of Abrams Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1900 block of Martin Luther King.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 8700 block of Rae Road.
In the area of CR 52.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 400 block of W. Fifth Street.
• BURGALRY OF A VEHICLE was reported:
In the 1200 block of W FM 700.
In the 3600 block of W Hwy 80.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 73 inmates at the time of this report.
• GARY LEE BOGNER, 45, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of theft of property between $20,000 and $100,000.
• ANSELMO JOEL ONTIVEROS JR., 26, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on warrants for driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age/sentenced and evading arrest detention with vehicle.
• FRANK FIERRO JR., 64, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• MICHAEL RAY LEWIS, 50, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication.
• RAUL ORTIZ JR., 34, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of towed unregistered trailer, over registration weight and violate promise to appear.
• WESLEY ALLEN EDMONDSON, 24, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of issuance of bad check and theft of property between $20 and $500.
• JORDAN WESTON HAMILTON, 23, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid.
• SHANE LEE NEWSOM, 47, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of speeding/ 62 mph in a 45 mph.
• KELLY LEA MCDANIEL, 46, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of issuance of bad check, municipal warrants for fail to appear (two counts), fail to maintain financial responsibility, display expired registration.
• QUETIN MARCEL VANDERBILT, 25, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of fail to control speed.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAUMA was reported in the 300 block of S. Aylesford. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of N.E. Ninth. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of S. Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of Vets Boulevard. One person was transported to SMMC.
