The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• QUETIN MARCEL VANDERBILT, 25, of 2624 Langley, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for failure to control speed.
• LAFAWN FAYE CANTU, 39, of 508 Young St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• JOE ERNEST VALENCIA JR., 28, of 202 N.E. Third St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• RAYMOND DARRELL BEABOUT, 55, of Killeen, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of walking on the highway with traffic – no sidewalks.
• MICHAEL WADE WELCH, 31, transient, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of disobeying a police officer.
• RICHARD LEE BEATTY, 27, of 505 S. Young St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of failure to identify.
• DAVID ORTIZ, 42, of 105 N.E. 10th St., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• JUAN GONZALEZ, 68, of 609 S. Nolan, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for criminal mischief.
• KEITH GENE WILSON, 40, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for theft by check, driving while license invalid (two counts), failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to control speed and failure to appear (four counts).
• THEFT was reported in the 100 block of N.E. Broadway in Coahoma.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1300 block of Virginia.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 2600 block of Dow Drive.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• DAVID ORTIZ, 42, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated - second offense.
• KEITH GENE WILSON, 40, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of theft by check and municipal warrants for driving while license invalid (two counts), failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to appear (three counts) and failure to control speed.
• JUAN GONZALEZ, 68, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a Howard County warrant for criminal mischief.
• JOE ERNEST VALENCIA JR., 28, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• LAFAWN JOHNSON CANTU, 39, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• MICHAEL WADE WELCH, 31, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of disobeying a lawful order.
• RAYMOND DARRELL BEABOUT, 55, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of use of sidewalk.
• SHIMEON RASHAD MAGERS, 28, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of displaying a fictitious license plate.
• RICHARD LEE BEATTY, 27, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of failure to identify.
• FRANCES B. MCKISKI, 58, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of theft by check.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 800 block of E. 14th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of W. Marcy. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3200 block of Parkway. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Sycamore. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1000 block of N. Main Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 100 block of Lockhart. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of W. Fourth Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
