The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• JOE ANGEL MARTINEZ, 49, of Magnolia Ave., was arrested Monday on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• JONATHAN FAZ, 25, of 607 Jones Apt. 1 in Seguin, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ASHLEY LEE RAMOS, 27, of 1715 E. Highway 350, was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• ROXANA PAYAN, 22, of 8807 W. Cholla Circle in Odessa, was arrested Monday on a warrant for driving while intoxicated.
• CYNTHIA JEAN WHITE, 47, of 1207 W. 17th St. in Snyder, was arrested Monday on warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection certificate, failure to appear (three counts), no driver's license – when unlicensed, failure to maintain financial responsibility (two counts), failure to signal turn, driving while license invalid, failure to obtain Texas CDL after 30 days residence and expired registration.
• TERRY LEE CARTER, 36, of 9118 Kay, was arrested Monday on warrants for livestock running at large on highway (three counts).
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 2500 block of Carleton Drive.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 1700 block of S. Lancaster.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 2100 block of Johnson Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 61 inmates at the time of this report.
• ASHLEY LEE RAMOS, 27, was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a motion to adjudicated for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
• CYNTHIA WHITE, 47, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on municipal warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection certificate, failure to appear (three counts), no driver's license – when unlicensed, failure to maintain financial responsibility (two counts), failure to signal turn, driving while license invalid, failure to obtain Texas CDL after 30 days residence and expired registration.
• ALBERT RAMIREZ, 19, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle.
• TERRY LEE CARTER, 36, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on charges of allowing livestock to roam (three counts).
• ISAVEN JAMIN MORRIS, 35, was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on an Ector County warrant for a motion to revoke probation.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the 3200 block of N. Highway 87. No one was transported.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of Jefferson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3200 block of Parkway. One person was transported to SMMC.
