The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• ROBERT E. HNULIK, 47, of Artesia, N.M., was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
• DONTAE RENELL CARR, 30, of 2505 Chanute Dr., was arrested Wednesday on warrants for no driver's license – when unlicensed (three counts), failure to appear (three counts) and nuisance – animal repeatedly at large.
• PAULA ISABEL LEOS, 30, of 1803 S. Owens, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from another agency.
• JUAN TOVAR, 33, of 908 W. Thompson in San Antonio, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• LISA ANNE PETROWSKI, 51, of 2803 Apache, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 2100 block of Wasson Road.
In the 1500 block of Stadium.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 1400 block of Nolan.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 100 block of W. 21st Street.
In the 300 block of Tulane.
In the 1800 block of E. 15th Street.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 2900 block of W. 13th Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 65 inmates at the time of this report.
• ROBERT E. HNULIK, 47, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts), unlawfully carrying a weapon, possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, no driver's license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• BRADLEY RAY GRIFFIN, 24, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a Bell County warrant for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and disorderly conduct – discharge/display of a firearm.
• DANIEL WAYNE PAYTON, 33, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct – language.
• DONTAE RENELL CARR, 30, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on warrants for no driver's license (three counts), failure to appear (three counts) and animal at large (two counts).
• PAULA ISABEL LEOS, 30, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• LARRY WAYNE NICHOLSON, 30, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
• JUAN TOVAR, 33, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• LISA ANNE PETROWSKI, 61, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• ERNEST WILLIAM CLARK, 71, was booked into the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of S. Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2000 block of Rickabaugh. One person was transported to SMMC.
• STRUCTURE FIRE was reported in the 1400 block of E. Sixth Street.
• STRUCTURE FIRE was reported in the area of New Marcy School.
• STRUCTURE FIRE was reported in the 2100 block of Wasson.
