The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• MICHAEL DALE PRESTON, 27, of 2100 Morrison, was arrested Thursday on charges of duty on striking unattended vehicle, driving while intoxicated – third or more offense, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle with a previous conviction.
• LUIS ADOLFO PENA, 33, of 1105 E. 14th St., was arrested Thursday on a warrant from another agency.
• SAMANTHA CYBIL LINDQUIST, 26, of 1306 Tucson, was arrested Thursday on a charge of theft.
• STEPHANIE ELAINE BAKER, 31, of 1606 Settles, was arrested Thursday on a charge of assault – family violence.
• SONY GAY BIDDLE, 42, of 908 W. Fourth St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of assault – family violence.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 500 block of Morgan Avenue.
In the 1900 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 600 block of Scurry.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 100 block of Davis Road.
• THEFT was reported in the 300 block of Main Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 70 inmates at the time of this report.
• LUIS ADOLFO PENA, 33, was booked into the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a parole violation.
• SAMANTHA CYBIL LINDQUIST, 26, was booked into the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of theft.
• SONYA GAY BIDDLE, 42, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of assault – family violence.
• RANDY JOE HURRINGTON, 51, was booked into the county jail Friday by the BSPD on charges of public intoxication and open container.
• JODY DAWDY, 47, was arrested Friday by DPS on a charge of public intoxication.
• STEPHANIE ELAINE BAKER, 31, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of assault – family violence.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of E. 15th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Yale. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
