The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• ANDREW JOHN ROSENBERG, 40, of 303 E. Eighth St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• JUAN ANTONIO SALAZAR, 18, of 1604 E. 11th Place, was arrested Thursday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
• SERGIO DAVID ALVAREZ, 23, of 606 Steakley, was arrested Thursday on charges of possession of controlled substance between one and four grams and possession of marijuana less than or equal to two ounces in a drug free zone.
• PETER MANUEL CANDELARIA, 24, of 1600 S. Nolan St., was arrested Thursday on a warrant for possession of a dangerous drug.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 1600 block of Martin Luther King.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 64 inmates at the time of this report.
• BEVERLY RYNEL ARMSTRONG, 50, was arrested Friday by HCSO on a municipal warrant for displaying fictitious license.
• STEVE ALAN HANNABASS, 54, was arrested Friday by HCSO on a charge of theft of property less than $1,500/two or more previous conviction any theft, theft of property less than $1,500 two or more previous conviction.
• FIDENCIO RODRIQUEZ, 66, was arrested Thursday by HCSO on judgement/sentence driving while intoxicated.
• PETER MANUEL CANDELARIA, 24, was arrested Thursday on a charge of possession of dangerous drug.
• SERGIO DAVID ALVAREZ, 23, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by BSPD on a charge of possession of controlled substance between one and four grams and possession of marijuana less than or equal to two ounces in a drug free zone.
• JUAN SALAZAR, 18, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by BSPD on a charge of minor in consumption of alcohol.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1100 block of S. Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of S. Main. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 41000 block of Hwy80. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 900 block of W. Third. One person was transported to SMMC.
