The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity Thursday and early Friday:
• LYNDON TRENT FRALEY, 50, 1425 E. Sixth No. 6, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• CHRISTOPHER WELSH, 38, 613 Steakley, was arrested on a warrant charging public intoxication and failure to appear.
• TARA RACHELLE CAMDEN, 18, 3215 Cornell, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone, possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces) in a drug free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• JESUS ACOSTA TARIN, 50, 811 Lorilla, was arrested on a charge of theft under $0 (shoplifting).
• STEVEN PAUL RIORDAN, 60, 1103 Barnes, was arrested on a warrant charging possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone.
• RANDY W. WALLER, 46, Baton Rouge, La., was arrested on a warrant from another agency.
• JOHN DAVID GAY, 29, 1513 Wood, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
• ROBBIN LYNN BARNES, 21, 801 E. 16th, was arrested on a warrant charging criminal mischief over $1,500 but less than $20,000 and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• JON COLE MCLEOD, 21, 618 Tulane, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
• SHANE ALAN KNOWLTON, 24, 1902 Mittel, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to report change of address/name and failure to appear.
• STEPHEN KYLE GAY, 26, 1409 Wood, was arrested on a warrant charging bail jumping/failure to appear.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 3200 block of Auburn.
• THEFT was reported in the 200 block of W. FM 700 (three reports) and the 1200 block of E. 16th.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 100 block of E. 24th and the 3600 block of Calvin.

The Howard County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity Thursday and early Friday (69 prisoners were reported in the county jail):
• LYNDON TRENT FRALEY, 50, was jailed on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• CHRISTOPHER LYNN WELSH, 38, was jailed on charges of public intoxication and failure to appear.
• TARA RACHELLE CAMDEN, 18, was jailed on charges of possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone, possession of marijuana in a drug free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• JOHNNY TREVINO JR., 20, was jailed on a charge of burglary of a habitation.
• STEVEN RIORDAN, 60, was jailed on a charge of possession of marijuana in a drug free zone.
• JESSE ACOSTA TARIN, 50, was jailed on charges of theft under $50 and theft over $50 but less than $500.
• RANDY WAYNE WALLER, 46, was jailed on a charge of failure to appear.
• SHANE ALAN KNOWLTON, 24, was jailed on charges of failure to report change of address and failure to appear.
• STEPHEN KYLE GAY, 26, was jailed on a charge of bail jumping/failure to appear.
• ROBBIN LYNN BARNES, 21, was jailed on motions to revoke probation for unauthorized use of a vehicle and criminal mischief over $1,500 but less than $20,000.
• JON COLE MCLEOD, 21, was jailed on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOHN DAVID GAY, 29, was jailed on a charge of public intoxication.
• DAHLIA ANN RIVAS, 37, was jailed on two charges of theft by check.
• JIMMY RAY MELCHOR, 48, was jailed on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Because of the New Year's holiday, the daily report from the Big Spring Fire Department/Emergency Medical Service was unavailable Friday.
