The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• ISMAEL HOLGUIN, 44, of Stanton, was arrested Monday on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• ERLINDA EVERTTE RIOS, 24, of 1906 Winston St., was arrested Monday on a charge of criminal mischief – more than $1,500 and less than $20,000.
• TIFFANY ELDER, 30, of 2600 Langley, was arrested Monday on a charge of tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
• VERONICA MARIE ORTIZ, 29, of 800 W. Marcy Apt. 10, was arrested Monday on a charge of tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
• ROBERT NEAL SCOTT, 40, of 2005 S. Monticello, was arrested Monday on a charge of assault – family violence.
• SAMANTHA YVONNIE BREHM, 28, of 801 E. 14th St., was arrested Monday on charges of theft – shoplifting and possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• CHRISTOPHER LEE MYRICK, 35, of 1013 S. Nolan, was arrested Monday on three warrants from other agencies and a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• SHAWN MICHAEL OVERTON, 24, of 1503 Lincoln, was arrested Monday on warrants for theft and failure to appear.
• JAMES RYAN VILLANUEVA, 26, of 2406 S. Main St., was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• TAMMY KAY LOCKHART, 35, of 1106 W. Third St. Apt. 13, was arrested Monday on a warrant for assault by contact.
• ERLINDA EVERTTE RIOS, 24, of 1906 Winston, was arrested Monday on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to stop at designated point (stop sign).
• BRANDON DEE RUSHIN, 42, of 1701 Runnels, was arrested Monday on warrants for driving while license invalid (two counts), failure to appear and two warrants from other agencies.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 300 block of Tulane.
In the 3200 block of Cornell.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
In the 2500 block of Dow.
In the 3600 block of Parkway Drive.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 1700 block of Donley.

• ERLINDA EVETTE RIOS, 24, was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal mischief – more than $1,500 and less than $20,000.
• ERLINDA EVETTE RIOS, 24, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to stop at designated point.
• VERONICA ORTIZ, 29, was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
• TIFFANY ANN ELDER, 30, was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
• ROBERT NEAL SCOTT, 40, was booked into the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of assault by contact – family violence.
• SAMANTHA YVONNE BREHM, 28, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of theft and possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• TAMMY LOCKHART COKER, 35, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of assault – physical contact.
• CHRISTOPHER LEE MYRICK, 35, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of issuance of a bad check, theft of property by check, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a Denton County warrant for failure to appear – theft.
• JAMES RYAN VILLANUEVA, 26, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• SHAWN MICHAEL OVERTON, 24, was booked into the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of theft and failure to appear.
