The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• KIRSTEN TASHAY LEWIS, 27, of 4102 Muir St., was arrested Monday on warrants for speeding in a school zone, failure to appear and criminal mischief – more than $50 and less than $500.
• MARIO ILDEFONSO SALAZAR, 22, of 1604 E. 11th Place, was arrested Monday on charges of public intoxication and assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• TEREL DEVON HOUSTON, 20, of 2609 Hunter, was arrested Monday on warrants for driving while license invalid (two counts), theft – more than $50 and less than $500 and failure to appear (two counts).
• JOSE ANTONIO MORAN JR., 18, of 1902 E. 11th Place, was arrested Monday on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, juvenile curfew violation, possession/purchase/consumption of tobacco by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• CLARENCE ERIC FRANKS, 55, of 2209 Cecilia, was arrested Monday on warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to display driver's license.
• GRACIELA LEAL, 41, of 1504 Nolan, was arrested Monday on a warrant for driving while license invalid.
• KYLER RAY CANNADY, 22, of 1513 Wood, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CHAD ALLEN MUSGROVE, 44, of 405.5 N. Moss Lake Rd., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 100 block of N. Main Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1500 block of Sycamore.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 54 inmates at the time of this report.
• MARIO ILDEFONSO SALAZAR, 22, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on charges of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• TEREL DEVON HOUSTON, 20, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a charge of theft – more than $50 and less than $500 and municipal warrants for driving while license invalid, miscellaneous Class C and failure to appear (two counts).
• JOSE A MORAN JR., 18, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and municipal capias warrants for curfew violation, possession/purchase/use of tobacco by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• GRACIE LEAL, 41, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a capias warrant for driving while license invalid.
• CLARENCE ERIC FRANKS, 55, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on capias warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to display driver's license.
• CHAD ALLEN MUSGROVE, 44, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of possession of a controlled substance and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAUMA was reported in the 2300 block of Wasson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1000 block of Birdwell Lane. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
