The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• ERICK SHERROD FRANKS, 37, of 1425 E. Sixth St. Apt. 34, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• JESSIE RAGELIO GAMEZ, 28, of 1605 Lincoln, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for safety belt – child under 17 years of age, failure to appear (two counts) and driving while license invalid.
• JONATHAN ARISPE, 20, of 1325 Pine St. in Colorado City, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of theft of service – more than $20 and less than $500.
• CHAD ALLEN MUSGROVE, 44, of 405.5 N. Moss Lake Rd., was arrested Tuesday on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility and possession of a controlled substance.
• CHESTER COY MORRIS, 31, of 3024 Yuma in Odessa, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear and speeding.
• DONNA ROXANNE ZAMARRON, 24, of 205 S. Gray Ave. in Monahans, was arrested Tuesday on two warrants from other agencies.
• CHRISTOPHER LANCE ROBERTS, 25, of 3619 Boyd in Midland, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for driving while license invalid (two counts), failure to appear (three counts) and expired motor vehicle inspection certificate.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 2600 block of Dow.
In the 1600 block of Lincoln.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 100 block of Courtney Place.
• THEFT was reported in the 1700 block of E. Third Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 57 inmates at the time of this report.
• CALEB LEE HALLFORD, 18, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of bondsman off bond for indecency with a child – sexual contact.
• KYLER RAY CANNADY, 22, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JUSTIN JAMES TETER, 25, was arrested Tuesday by DPS on a Glasscock County warrant for reckless driving – serious bodily injury.
• DONNA ROXANNE ZAMARRON, 24, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on Ector County warrants for aggravated sexual assault of a child (two counts).
• CHESTER COY MORRIS, 31, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of speeding and violation of a promise to appear.
• CHRISTOPHER LANCE ROBERTS, 25, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of driving while license invalid, violation of a promise to appear and municipal warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection, driving while license invalid, violation of a promise to appear and failure to appear.
• JESSE ROGER OLGUIN, 28, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of driving while license invalid, violation of a promise to appear and municipal warrants for child not secured by safety belt, violation of a promise to appear (two counts) and driving while license invalid.
• JONATHAN DAVID ARISPE, 20, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of theft of service – more than $20 and less than $500.
• ERICK SHEROD FRANKS, 37, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1400 block of E. 11th Place. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the area of Moss Lake Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
