The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• CARLOS SANTANA YANEZ, 34, of Winters, Texas, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• FRANCISCO JAVIER PEREZ, 24, of Winters, Texas, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• MARIO RODRIGUEZ, 33, of Winters, Texas, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• RICKY RICARDO LOPEZ, 22, of 601 Caylor Dr., was arrested Thursday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• KAYDRA NICOLE FRANCO, 22, of 105 N.E. 10th St., was arrested Thursday on warrants for disregarding a stop sign (two counts), failure to appear (four counts), failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to use safety seat system for child.
• ISAAC DANIEL PLATT, 23, of 1809 Johnson, was arrested Thursday on charges of failure to identify as a fugitive – giving false information, expired motor vehicle inspection certificate, failure to appear and a warrant from another agency.
• HENRY FRANCO, 20, of 507 N.W. 10th St., was arrested Thursday on a warrant for parked (stand or stop)in area prohibited by signs.
• BRYAN ANTHONY RUBEN, 23, of Plainview, Texas, was arrested Thursday on a charge of disorderly conduct – language.
• ADAN CHAVERA, 42, of 600 Holbert, was arrested Friday on warrants for theft, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 2900 block of W. Highway 80.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 100 block of Terry.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1200 block of N. FM 700.
In the 900 block of Abrams.
In the 1600 block of E. 16th Street.
Near the intersection of 16th Street and Owens
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 400 block of E. Third Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 56 inmates at the time of this report.
• RICKY RICARDO LOPEZ, 22, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• KAYDRA NICOLE FRANCO, 22, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for disregarding a stop sign (two counts), failure to appear (four counts), failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to use safety seat system for child.
• JOSE MANUEL AVINA, 35, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on charges of no registration, driving while license invalid, violation of a promise to appear and issuance of a bad check.
• ISAAC DANIEL PLATT, 23, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for possession of marijuana in a drug free zone – two ounces or less, a charge of failure to identify as a fugitive – giving false information and municipal warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection and failure to appear.
• HENRY TREVINO FRANCO JR., 20, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a municipal warrant for parked in prohibited area.
• ADAN CHAVERA, 42, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for theft, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear.
• BRIAN RUBEN, 23, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – language.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 600 block of S. Goliad. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 700 block of E. 11th Place. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Lancaster. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 600 block of W. Interstate Highway 20. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 100 block of W. 21st Street. Service refused.
