The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• JOSIE RODRIGUEZ, 28, of 5010 Wasson Rd., was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• KENNY MATTHEW CARROLL, 30, of 906 S. Nolan St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• BOBBY LEE AGUERO JR., 29, of 1402 Mt. Vernon, was arrested Thursday on a charge of driving while intoxicated second offense.
• SCOT JUDSON SHEPPARD, 47, of 301 Jill Rd., was arrested Thursday on a charge of deadly conduct discharge firearm hab/building/vehicle.
• BURGLARY OF BUILDING was reported in the 2000 S. Gregg Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 1100 block of Mulberry Avenue.
• SHOTS FIRED was reported in the area of EB IH 20/MM 177.
• HARASSMENT was reported in the 100 block of E. 20th Street.
• BURGLARY OF HABITATION was reported in the 2600 block of Hunter Drive.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 300 block of E. Eighth Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 51 inmates at the time of this report.
• JOSIE RODRIGUEZ, 28, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• RONNIE LEAL, 22, was arrested Thursday by HCSO on a charge of order of modified conditions of community supervision.
• BOBBY LEE AGUERO JR., 29, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by BSPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• KENNY MATTHEW CARROLL, 30, was arrested Thursday by HCSO on a charge of minor in possession of alcoholic beverage and violate promise to appear.
• KENNY MATTHEW CARROLL, 30, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• KYLER RAY CANNADY, 22, was arrested Thursday by HCSO on motion to revoke probation/sentenced for prohibited weapon.
• SCOT SHEPPARD, 47, was arrested Thursday by HCSO on a charge of deadly conduct discharge firearm.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the area of 350 and I-20. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Yale. One person was transported to SMMC.
