The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JOHN MARTINEZ RAMIREZ JR., 45, of 1516 Sycamore St. A, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from other agency.
• CHRISTOPHER OBELL VANOVER, 34, of 1806 Winston, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of assault/aggravated with deadly weapon.
• JOHN ANTHONY MIER, 23, of 800 W. Marcy Drive 1, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of manufacture/deliver controlled substance more than four grams and less than 200 grams.
• JOHNNY JORGE RODRIGUEZ JR., 22, of 1601 Avion St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possession of marijuana less than or equal to two ounces.
• REBECCA KATY GARCIA, 18, of 3607 Dixon, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for juvenile curfew violation.
• DAVONTE DASHUN ANDERSON, 19, of 1020 Ridegroad Dr., was arrested Wednesday on warrants for failed to maintain financial responsibility, no drivers license when unlicensed, fail to appear (two counts).
• TYREE MAURICE WILLIAMS, 27, of 505 Union St., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for unlawful restraint and assault causes bodily injury.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 1900 block of Choctaw Drive.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 1500 block of Sycamore Street.
In the 1700 block of E. Third Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• TYREE MAURICE WILLIAMS, 27, was arrested Tuesday by HCSO on a warrant for unlawful restraint and assault causes bodily injury.
• RICARDO ARTEMYO URANGA, 52, was arrested Tuesday by HCSO on sentencing for a DWI.
• ROY PAIZ GARCIA, 52, was arrested Tuesday by HCSO on sentencing for driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without final restitution (two counts).
• JOHN M. RAMIREZ, 45, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by BSPD on a charge of parole violation.
• CHRISTOPHER OBELL VANOVER, 34, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by BSPD on a charge of aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• REBECCA KATE GARCIA, 18, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by BSPD on a capias curfew violation.
• JOHNNY JORGE RODRIGUEZ JR., 22, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana less than two ounces.
• JOHN ANTHONY MIER, 23, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by BSPD on charges of assault causes bodily injury, possession of controlled substance more than four grams and less than 200 grams and manufacture/deliver controlled substance more than four grams and less than 200 grams.
• DAVONTE DASHUM ANDERSON, 19, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by BSPD on a charge of fail to maintain financial responsibility, no drivers license and failure to appear (two counts).

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 600 block of E. Sixth. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of Birdwell. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the area of 18th and Goliad. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Simler. One person was transported to SMMC.
