The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• CHRISTOPHER NEWTON VINES, 28, of 2411 S. Main, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• DAINA CAROL PEUGH, 34, of 1511 Stadium, was arrested Wednesday on charges of theft less than $50 shoplifting, theft less than $50 all other, fail to appear and warrant other agency.
• CODY DEJUAN HAWKINS, 29, of 810 Cherry, was arrested Thursday on a warrant from other agency.
• SHIMEON RASHAD MAGERS, 28, of 1511 Tucson, was arrested Thursday on warrants from other agency, failed to maintain financial responsibility (three counts), fail to appear (12 counts), fail to display drivers license, safety belt/drove without being secured (two counts), expired registration and warranty from other agency (four counts).
• MARTHA FINA LOPEZ, 40, of 411 N. Scurry, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for displaying fictitious license plate.
• DAVID ANTHONY GONZALES, 19, of 510 S. Douglas, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• BRANDON CHARLES LENDERMON, 26, of 1470 LCR 248 of Colorado City, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for driving while intoxicated third or more (two counts).
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 400 block of Westover.
• THEFT was reported:
In the area of FM 2230.
In the 2000 block of S. Gregg Street.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.
• BURGLARY OF HABITATION was reported:
In the 1300 block of Mesquite.
In the 3300 block of Maple.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Sycamore. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Hwy 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 100 block of Wasson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2700 block of S. Gregg. One person was transported to SMMC.
• STRUCTURE FIRE was reported in the 1300 block of Runnels. The fire was extinguished.
• AUTOMOBILE FIRE was reported in the 800 block of E. FM 700. The fire was extinguished.
