The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• JEAN LOUISE NOGGLER, 41, of 800 Settles, was arrested Thursday on warrants for stop, stand or park within an intersection and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• BOBBY HAROLD DAVIS, 37, of 3303 Cornell, was arrested Thursday on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• MANUEL ROMERO LOZANO III, 39, of 2504 Chanute, was arrested Thursday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant from another agency.
• SUE ELLEN RODRIGUEZ, 30, of 1207 E. 16th St., was arrested Thursday on warrants for driving while license invalid and failure to appear.
• DIANA CELINA ZAVALA, 35, of 301 E. 19th St., was arrested Thursday on a warrant from another agency.
• RICHARD BRADLEY RICHARDS, 44, of Lubbock, Texas, was arrested Thursday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 2200 block of Nolan.
• THEFT was reported in the 500 block of N. Lamesa Highway.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 66 inmates at the time of this report.
• RICHARD BRADLEY RICHARDS, 44, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on charges of public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• JEAN LOUISE NOGGLER, 41, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for parked within an intersection and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• BOBBY HAROLD DAVIS, 37, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• SUE ELLEN RODRIGUEZ, 30, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a municipal warrant for driving while license invalid.
• DIANA CELINA ZAVALA, 35, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a municipal warrant for failure to appear and a Nolan County warrant for theft by check.
• MANUEL ROMERO LOZANO III, 39, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a Travis County warrant for parole violation and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• DANNYE JOLENE STANSBERRY, 37, was booked into the county detention center Friday by the BSPD on a Jefferson County warrant for theft by check and a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of N.E. 10th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1100 block of N. Aylesford. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 300 block of S. Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
