The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• ELLAINE DAVIDSON GRIFFIN, 50, of Lubbock, Texas, was arrested Monday on five warrants from other agencies and a charge of shoplifting – more than $50 and less than $500.
• JONATHAN MICHAEL RICHARDSON, 22, of 1707 Donley, was arrested Monday on a warrant for theft by check – more than $20 and less than $500.
• KODY CHANCE JACKSON, 27, of 3217 Fenn, was arrested Monday on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• LANA CRAWFORD KIRKHAM, 43, of 203 Terry Rd., was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
In the 1400 block of Aylesford.
In the 7000 block of the I-20 S. Service Road.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 700 block of W. Fourth Street.
• THEFT was reported in the 200 block of W. FM 700.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 1300 block of Ridgeroad.
In the 1200 block of E. 16th Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 77 inmates at the time of this report.
• JONATHAN RICHARDSON, 22, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of theft by check – more than $20 and less than $500.
• GEORGE RODRIGUEZ JR., 22, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office on a Dallas warrant for accident involving serious bodily injury/death.
• MIREYA URIAS, 20, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the Sterling County Sheriff's Office on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• RAQUEL HERNANDEZ GONZALEZ, 40, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office on a Lubbock County warrant for theft of property with two or more previous convictions – less than $1,500.
• KODY CHANCE JACKSON, 27, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a motion to adjudicate guilt – possession of a controlled substance.
• LARRY ELDON GARLINGHOUSE, 37, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on a charge of occupational license and a Midland County warrant for theft of service – more than $20 and less than $500.
• ELLAINE DAVIDSON GRIFFIN, 50, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on charges of disregarding official traffic control device, violation of a promise to appear, criminal mischief – more than $50 and less than $500, theft of property – more than $50 and less than $500 (two counts) and a Lubbock County warrant for bondsman off bond – theft (more than $50 and less than $500).

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported near the 177 mile marker of Interstate Highway 20. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of W. FM 700. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of E. Third Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1300 block of Mt. Vernon. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported near the 184 mile marker of Interstate Highway 20. Service refused.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1300 block of Stanford. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Martin Luther King Blvd. Service refused.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 300 block of W. Marcy. Service refused.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the 2000 block of S. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of S. Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Hunter. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of S. Main Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3200 block of Auburn. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported near the intersection of the I-20 S. Service Road and Becker Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
• GRASS FIRE was reported in the 400 block of Edwards.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of E. Runnels. Service refused.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported near the intersection of Gregg Street and Martin Luther King Blvd. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 100 block of Hooser Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1400 block of E. 14th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of Marcy. One person was transported to SMMC.
