The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• NICOLE ASHLEE WADE, 26, of Odessa, was arrested Monday on a charge of graffiti-pecuniary loss less than $500.
• RACHEL RAMIREZ RODRIGUEZ, 33, of 1002 N. Main St. 1, was arrested Monday on a warrant for no drivers license when unlicensed, bail jumping/failure to appear/fine only (two counts), failed to maintain financial responsibility.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 600 block of N.E. Second Street.
In the 1700 block of S. Monticello.
In the 800 block of W. Sixth.

• JEFFERY S. WALLING, 42, was arrested Monday by HCSO on a charge of driving while intoxicated second.
• TYLER WAYLAND SMITH, 18, was transferred to the county detention center Monday on charges of possession/purchase use of tobacco by a minor, no driver's license (two counts), fail to maintain financial responsibility, violate promise to appear, failure to appear (seven counts), capias/minor consuming alcohol, capias/possession of drug paraphernalia.
• BLAKE RYAN LYLE, 30, was arrested Monday by HCSO on a charge of fraud use/possession identifying information.
• RACHEL RAMIREZ RODRIGUEZ, 33, was transferred to the county jail by BSPD on a charge of no liability insurance, no driver's license (two counts), violate promise to appear, failure to appear (two counts), failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• JASON DEAN DANIELS, 35, was arrested Tuesday by HCSO on a charge of possession of dangerous drug, possession of controlled substance between four grams and 200 grams, capias pro fine/fail to maintain financial responsibility (two counts), capias pro fine/driving while license invalid (four counts), capias pro fine/display expired registration (two counts), capias pro fine/expired motor vehicle inspection and capias pro fine/safety seat system-child younger than 8 or less than 4'9”.
The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 800 block of Hwy 80. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 900 block of E. 15th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1000 block E. 14th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in 300 block of Veterans Boulevard. One person was transported to SMMC.
