The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• WESLEY WADE RAWLS, 22, of 100 N. Cottonwood, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, possession of drug paraphernalia and terroristic threat.
• JOE LUIS RODRIGUEZ, 19, of 604 Holbert, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for theft.
• MICHEL RAY LEWIS, 51, of 1002 N. Main St. Apt. 34, was arrested Wednesday on two warrants from other agencies and warrants for expired registration, driving while license invalid (two counts) and bail jumping – failure to appear (two counts).
• BRANDON LYNN WHITE, 24, of 4824 S. Wasson Rd., was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• DEVON MARCUS MUSCHARA, 21, of 1811 Donley, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for hindering secured creditors – more than $20 and less than $500.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 2400 block of E. Marcy.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 300 block of S. Runnels.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700.
In the 1900 block of N. Highway 87.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 2600 block of Fairchild.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 79 inmates at the time of this report.
• DENNIS MICHAEL OTTER, 52, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a Michigan warrant for fugitive – failure to register as a sex offender and embezzlement from vulnerable adult – less than $20,000.
• BRANDON LYNN WHITE, 24, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a charge of no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• WESLEY WADE RAWLS, 22, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of terroristic threat, possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• DEVON MARCUS MUSCHARA, 21, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for hindering secured creditors.
• MICAH NICKLE, 18, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of theft of property – more than $50 and less than $500.
• JOE LUIS RODRIQUEZ, 19, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on a capias warrant for theft.
• THOMAS WILLIAM MURPHY, 33, was arrested Thursday by DPS on municipal warrants for expired motor vehicle inspection, no driver's license, violation of a promise to appear and failure to appear.
• MICHAEL RAY LEWIS, 51, was booked into the county detention center Thursday by the BSPD on warrants for failure to appear – possession of a controlled substance, forgery of a financial instrument and municipal warrants for displaying expired registration, driving while license invalid (two counts) and failure to appear (two counts).

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the 500 block of N. Ninth Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the 100 block of Interstate Highway 20. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 700 block of Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2800 block of Goliad. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 400 block of S. Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of Veterans Blvd. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of W. Second Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 100 block of Miller A Rd. in Sand Springs. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2300 block of Wasson Rd. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of College in Coahoma. One person was transported to SMMC.
