The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JEANNETTA RAMEY HERNANDEZ, 44, of 1106 S. Birdwell, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from another agency and charges of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction and failure to appear.
• NOEL FIGURA NOYOLA, 51, of 7351 FM 1205 in Coahoma, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from another agency.
• ROBERT RUBEN SANCHEZ, 48, of 1023 Stadium, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• LEROY MARTINEZ, 37, of 1209 Pickens, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from another agency.
• RANDAL EBERT, 26, of 201 W. Fourth St. in Forsan, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from another agency.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 2300 block of Wasson.
In the area near Highway 176 and County Road 21.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 1100 block of E. 16th Street.
In the 2600 block of Larry Drive.
In the 500 block of Brelyn.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 1600 block of E. FM 700.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 79 inmates at the time of this report.
• AARON MICHAEL PRIETO, 24, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• JEANNETTA CAROL HERNANDEZ, 44, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension and a municipal capias warrant for violation of a promise to appear.
• LEROY MARTINEZ, 37, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a motion to revoke probation for burglary of a building.
• RANDALL SCOTT EBERT, 26, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of theft of service – more than $1,500 and less than $20,000.
• ROBERT RUBIN SANCHEZ, 48, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• SHAWN MICHAEL OVERTON, 24, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for failure to identify – giving false information.
• NOEL FIGUEROA NOYOLA, 51, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on an Ector County warrant for failure to appear.
• CHRISTOPHER ANDREW YANEZ, 19, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal capias warrants for public intoxication, minor consuming alcohol (two counts) and hindering a police officer.
• MARK MAXIMIANO GUTIERREZ, 21, was booked into the county detention center Wednesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for minor consuming alcohol, minor driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to appear.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the 100 block of Interstate Highway 20. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported near the 170 mile marker of Interstate Highway 20. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1600 block of Bluebird. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1300 block of Wood. One person was transported to SMMC.
