The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. May 2, 2013 and 7 a.m. today:
• HENRY TREVINO FRANCO, JR. 21, of 1700 E. Fourth, was arrested Thursday on charges of failure to appear and criminal mischief under $50.
• GARY D. ALLYN, 49, of 999 W. Amador Ave., Las Cruces, New Mexico, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• NINFA MORENO GARCIA, 57, of 1501 Sycamore, was arrested Thursday on charges of public intoxication.
• KURT ANTON MIRANDA, 32, of 4100 Bilger St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CASEY COLLEEN BYNUM, 27, of 1217 Scenic Drive, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CHRISTOPHER EMILE KELEHAN, 24, of 2506 Fairchild, was arrested Thursday on a charge of assault, aggravated causes serious bodily injury.
• ELI EDWARD REYES, 38, OF 104 E. Hoover Ave., Coahoma, was arrested Thursday on a charge of assault, family violence causes bodily injury.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported on the 700 block of E. 11th Place.
• CITIZEN ARREST was reported on the 700 block of Johansen Rd.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported on the 500 block of FM 700.
• THEFT was reported on the 3600 block of W. Hwy 80.
• FORGERY was reported on the 2100 block of S. Gregg.
• THEFT was reported on the 1100 block of S. Benton.
• INTOXICATED SUBJECT was reported on the 1500 block of E. Fourth St.
• HIT AND RUN was reported on the 1000 block of S. Gregg.
• THEFT was reported on the 3600 block of W. Hwy 80.
• UNWANTED SUBJECT was reported on the 1500 block of Sycamore.
• CITIZEN ARREST was reported on the 2500 block of S. Gregg.
• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE was reported on the 500 block of S. Second St., Coahoma.
• MAJOR ACCIDENT was reported on the 800 block of W. IH 20.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 85 inmates at the time of this report.
• CHRISTOPHER EMILE KELEHAN was booked into the county detention center Thursday on a charge of assault causes serious bodily injury.
• RUBEN GUERRA, JR., 34, was booked into the county detention center Thursday on a charge of speeding 90 mph in a 70 mph zone.
• ED COVINGTON, no information, was booked into the county detention center Thursday on a judgment of the district court on charges of no driver's license, failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to four years.
• NINFA MORENO GARCIA, 57, was booked into the county detention center Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• GARY DUANE ALLYN, 49, was booked into the county detention center Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CASEY COLLEEN BYNUM, 27, was booked into the county detention center Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• ELI EDWARD REYES, 38, was booked into by the HCSO Thursday on a charge of assault causes bodily injury family member.
• KURT ANTON MIRANDA, 32, was booked into the county detention center Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported on the 300 block of Veteran's Blvd. One person transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported on the 1300 block of Lamar. One person transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported on the 100 block of Cottonwood.
