The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• JOSE LUIS RIVERA, 25, of 1900 Martin Luther King Blvd. Apt. 303, was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• SAM PENA JR., 33, of 208 N. Nolan, was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• JUAN GILBERT HINOJOSA, 41, of 610 Linda Lane, was arrested Monday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• JOSHUA DAVID DECKER, 23, of Stanton, Texas, was arrested Monday on warrants for speeding and failure to appear.
• KRISTAN NICOLE RIOS, 24, of 713 Lorilla, was arrested Monday on warrants for failure to use safety seat system and failure to appear.
• JEFFERY SCOTT WALLING, 42, of 19100 S. Highway 87, was arrested Monday on a charge of theft – more than $50 and less than $500.
• MEGAN KIYOKO KARWEDSKY, 21, of 3607 Hamilton, was arrested Monday on a warrant for forgery of a financial instrument.
• BENJAMIN NEAL-LEE HERBERT, 26, of 1610 E. 15th St., was arrested Monday on a warrant for shoplifting – more than $50 and less than $500.
• JESUS ELIAS MORALES, 43, of Odessa, Texas, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• RICHARD KEITH HUCKABEE, 53, of 1516 Stadium, was arrested Monday on warrants for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, no driver's license – when unlicensed (two counts) and bail jumping – failure to appear (fine only, two counts).
• BRANDON CADE MINDLING, 22, of 4210 Hamilton, was arrested Monday on a warrant for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• KRISTAN NICOLE RIOS, 24, of 713 Lorilla, was arrested Monday on a warrant for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and two warrants from other agencies.
• BURGLARY OF A BUILDING was reported in the 1500 block of E. Marcy.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 1600 block of E. 16th Street.
In the 200 block of W. Marcy.
In the 3600 block of W. Highway 80.
• FORGERY was reported in the 2000 block of S. Gregg Street.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 1100 block of W. Second Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• SAM PENA JR., 33, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a Tom Green County warrant for forfeit of bond – driving while license suspended.
• RICHARD KEITH HUCKABEE, 53, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on charges of no driver's license (two counts), violation of a promise to appear (two counts) and a judgment/sentence for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• BRANDON CADE MINDLING, 22, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• ERIC WAYNE DEAL, 46, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on charges of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance (two counts).
• KRISTEN NICOLE RIOS, 24, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a judgment/sentence for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and municipal warrants for violation of a promise to appear and failure to use child safety seat.
• MEGAN KIYOKO KARWEDSKY, 21, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a motion to revoke probation for forgery of a financial instrument.
• JEFFERY S. WALLING, 42, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a charge of theft of property – more than $50 and less than $500.
• BENJAMIN NEAL-LEE HERBERT, 26, was booked into the county detention center Monday by the BSPD on a charge of theft of property – more than $50 and less than $500.
• JESUS ELIAS MORALES JR., 43, was booked into the county detention center Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of Runnels. One person was transported to SMMC.
