The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• MATTHEW RODRIGUEZ, 18, of 410 Aylesford, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication by a minor.
• KENNETH ODIS LEWIS, 56, of 1704 Hilltop, was arrested Thursday on warrants for failure to appear and driving without a safety belt.
• DAWN CHERIE HARTFIELD, 38, of 2509 Gunter, was arrested Thursday on a warrant from another agency.
• ROBERT RUBEN SANCHEZ, 46, of 1023 Stadium, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported:
In the 1400 block of E. 11th Place.
In the 400 block of W. 12th Street.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 3200 block of Fenn Avenue.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 900 block of Willia.
In the 1800 block of E. FM 700.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 64 inmates at the time of this report.
• BOBBY WAYNE BALL, 35, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on an Oklahoma City, Okla., fugitive warrant for a judgment/sentence for aggravated attempt to elude.
• KENNETH ODIS LEWIS, 56, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for violation of a promise to appear and no seat belt – driver.
• MATTHEW RODRIGUEZ, 18, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• ROBERT RUBEN SANCHEZ, 46, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• DAWN C. HARTFIELD, 38, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
• BLAKE MICHAEL GEE, 29, was arrested Friday by DPS on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• BARNEY KIP EDENS III, 31, was arrested Friday by the HCSO on a charge of assault of a family/household member – impeding breathing or circulation and municipal warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility, displaying an expired registration certificate and no valid inspection certificate.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the area of N. Snyder Field Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3200 block of Parkway. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported near the intersection of 24th Street and Main. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2000 block of S. Main Street. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1500 block of Sycamore. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Martin Luther King Blvd. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1200 block of Ridgeroad. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1500 block of E. FM 700. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 13000 block of County Road 55. One person was transported to SMMC.
