The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• ROBERT SCOTT OCHOA, 31, of 807 Willia Street, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• ASHLEY LEE RAMOS, 26, of 807 Willia Street, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• CHRISTINA LEANN GARZA, 27, of 1902 Mittel Avenue, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for safety belt child under 17, expired motor vehicle inspection certificate.
• MIGUEL ANTONIO ARENIVAZ, 21, of 2603 Ent Drive, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of marijuana less than or equal to two ounces.
• JOLINDA FLORES, 20, of 1603 Hilltop, was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of controlled substance less than one gram, prohibited substance in correctional facility – takes controlled substance/danger drug/alcohol.
• DENISE SHADE, 49, of 1002 E. 16th Street, was arrested Tuesday on charges of possession of marijuana less than or equal to two ounces.
• TONY DELAGARZA, 46, of 1002 E. 16th Street, was arrested Tuesday on charge of possession of marijuana less than or equal to two ounces.
•THEFT was reported in:
800 block Willia Street.
Courtney Place.
400 block of E. Fourth Street.
400 block of E. Fourth Street.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in 1900 block of Gregg Street.
• BURGLARY OF HABITATION was reported in 600 block of Circle.
• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE was reported in 1000 block of E. 16th Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• VINCENT MENDEZ, 32, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a judgement sentence theft of property less than $1500 and more than $500.
• HERMAN TORRES HERNANDEZ, 25, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charge of no drivers license.
• ROBERT SCOTT OCHOA, 31, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• ASHLEY LEE RAMOS, 26, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• CHRISTINA PAUL GARZA, 27, was transferred to he county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of child 4-14 not secured by a safety belt, expired motor vehicle inspection.
• ARTHUR LUTHER MCKINNEY, 36, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of parole violation – Oklahoma.
• WILLIAM IKE MCCONNELL, 46, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a charge of theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper less than $20,000.
• JOHN RUBEN SOLIZ, 36, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charges of possession of controlled substance less than four grams but more than one gram, sentence – driving while intoxicated.
• JAMIE RAE SMITH, 34, was arrested Tuesday by the DPS on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution of a known felon.
• JARED STEVEN PRESLEY, 35, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on charge of theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper less than $20,000.
• DELORES DENISE SHADE, 49, was transferred to the county jail by the BSPD on charge of possession of marijuana less than two ounces.
• ANTHONY DELAGARZA, 45, was transferred to the county jail by the BSPD on charge of possession of marijuana less than two ounces.
• JOLINDA FLORES, 20, was transferred to the county jail by the BSPD on charges of possession marijuana less than two ounces, prohibited substance in correctional facility – alcohol/drug/phone/tobacco, possession of controlled substance less than one gram.
• MIGUEL ANTONIO ARENIVAZ, 21, was transferred to the county jail by the BSPD on charge of possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
•MEDICAL was reported in the 400 block of E. Second. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1000 block of Colgate. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Owens. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 4900 block of Wasson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of Highland. Service refused.
