The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• RILEY DON BROOKS, 21, of 1902 Mittle, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• STEPHEN KYLE GAY, 27, of 1409 Wood, was arrested Monday on charges of driving while intoxicated – second offense and driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• AVERY BROOKS, 17, of 1902 Mittle, was arrested Monday on a charge of no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• MARIVELL MARTINEZ, 21, of 509 S. Aylesford, was arrested Monday on a warrant for no driver's license – when unlicensed.
• ARMANDO JOSE CERVANTES, 18, of 1304 Madison, was arrested Monday on a charge of driving while license invalid – DWI related.
• ASSAULT was reported:
In the 400 block of S. Douglas.
In the 2600 block of Alamesa.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 1400 block of Tucson.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 500 block of Nolan.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 500 block of S. Aylesford.
In the 2600 block of S. Gregg Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 69 inmates at the time of this report.
• COREY PRESTON HOFFPAUIR, 34, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a TDCJ warrant for parole violation.
• PAUL EUGENE MERRELL, 58, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a TDCJ warrant for parole violation – driving while intoxicated.
• MARK ANTHONY GRAY, 32, was transferred to the county jail by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• STEPHEN KYLE GAY, 27, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on charges of driving while intoxicated – second offense, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and unsecured child – car seat.
• ANDREW SEBASTIAN ISON, 28, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on an Austin warrant for parole violation.
• JESUS MANUEL RAMIREZ, 53, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on charges of theft by check (two counts).
• RILEY DON BROOKS, 21, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• AVERY MARAE BROOKS, 17, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of no driver's license.
• MARIVELL HILARIO MARTINEZ, 21, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of no driver's license.
• MARTA PAIGE MATHEWS, 38, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a motion to adjudicate guilt – forgery of a financial instrument.
• ARMANDO CERVANTES, 18, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• DANIEL RIOS, 25, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a motion to adjudicate guilt for unlawful transfer of handgun under 18 years of age.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Lancaster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 4700 block of Old Colorado City Highway. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1000 block of Stadium. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 7100 block of Wasson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1400 block of Mesa. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 700 block of E. 15th Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 600 block of Driver Road. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1200 block of E. 11th Street. Service refused.
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported in the 300 block of Galveston. One person was transported to SMMC.
