The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. today:
• ARMANDO JOSE CERVANTES, 18, of 1304 Madison, was arrested Monday on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing serious bodily harm to a family member, consumption of alcohol by a minor and failure to appear.
• MARTIN ANTHONY RAMIREZ, 20, of 2008 Nolan, was arrested Monday on warrants for assault – family violence and failure to appear.
• ADRIANNA BIANCA GARZA, 20, of 703 W. 18th St., was arrested Monday on warrants for consumption of alcohol by a minor (two counts), failure to appear and permitting an unlicensed operator to drive.
• ROBBY CARROLL ATKINSON, 32, of 110 Scout Hut Rd., was arrested Monday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid – no insurance.
• PRINCE CORPEL VANDERBILT, 24, of 1502 Lincoln, was arrested Monday on a warrant for tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.
• FERNANDO KYONG ARRIAGA, 34, of 606 N.W. Eighth St/., was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency and a warrant for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• RICARDO GARZA, 49, of 701 Anna, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• MARIA DELCARMEN CERVANTES, 34, of 1103 E. 12th St., was arrested Monday on a warrant from another agency.
• ROGER KENDALL JOHNSON, 40, of Denver City, was arrested Monday on charges of driving while intoxicated – third or more offense and resisting arrest, search or transportation.
• STUART RYAN SHADE, 21, of 1108 E. 13th St., was arrested Monday on warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
• THOMAS EDWARD AKIN, 44, of 1904 E. 25th St. Apt. 216, was arrested Monday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported in the 200 block of N. Gregg Street.
• THEFT was reported in the 100 block of Highland Cove.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 800 block of Kent Avenue.
• CRIMINAL TRESPASS was reported in the 200 block of FM 700.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 500 block of N.E. 10th Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• MARTIN ANTHONY RAMIREZ, 20, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for assault – family violence and failure to appear.
• ADRIANNA GARZA, 20, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for permitting an unlicensed person to operate a motor vehicle, minor consuming alcohol (two counts) and violation of a promise to appear.
• ROBBY CARROLL ATKINSON, 39, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charges of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• JOHNNY RAY VIERA JR., 25, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on charges of theft, possession of marijuana – two ounces or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• LUIS ALBERTO VIERA, 24, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of theft.
• JACE MINCE, 21, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of criminal trespass.
• MELITON RENEE VIERA, 21, was arrested Monday by the HCSO on a charge of theft.
• PRINCE VANDERBILT, 24, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.
• FERNANDO KYONG ARRIAGA JR., 34, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on charges of bail jumping – failure to appear and a motion to revoke probation for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
• RICARDO SALCEDO GARZA, 49, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• THOMAS EDWARD AKIN, 44, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• STEWART RYAN SHADE, 21, was transferred to the county jail Monday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
• MARIA DEL CARMEN CERVANTES, 34, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of bail jumping – failure to appear.
• ROGER KENDALL JOHNSON, 40, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of driving while intoxicated – third or more offense and resisting arrest, search or transportation.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2000 block of Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the area of Moss Lake. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2400 block of Alabama. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 500 block of Foster. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1300 block of Nolan. Service refused.
• GRASS FIRE was reported near the 179 mile marker of Interstate Highway 20.
