The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. today:
• STEVEN RAY EVANS, 22, of 1103 E. Sixth St., was arrested Thursday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and burglary of a habitation.
• JOE LYNN PAYNE, 40, of Odessa, was arrested Thursday on charges of resisting arrest, search or transportation and public intoxication.
• REBECCA NICOLE RODRIQUEZ, 24, of 300 Furrh in Coahoma, was arrested Thursday on two warrants from another agency.
• JACOB SEPULUEDA MARTINEZ, 23, of 1701 Kentucky, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for speeding.
• GUADALUPE NIETO, 43, of 1310 Park, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for disregarding a stop sign.
• KRISTY MICHELLE LIVINGSTON, 26, of 1104 E. Sixth St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• RICARDO GARZA, 49. of 701 Anna, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOE LYNN PAYNE, 40, of Odessa, was arrested was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication.
• CARL WAYNE NICHOLSON, 22, of 2804 Williams Rd., was arrested Thursday on warrants for hindering officers discharging official duties, speeding and dog or cat running at large.
• JESSE RAMIREZ GONZALES, 27, of 102 Circle Dr., was arrested Thursday on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• MARIO RIVAS, 23, of Odessa, was arrested Friday on a charge of public intoxication.
• MICHAEL PAUL HOGAN, 39, of 1710 S. Young St., was arrested Friday on a charge of driving while license suspended/invalid with a previous conviction.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 2500 block of W. 15th Street.
• THEFT was reported in the 200 block of Main Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:

• JACOB SEPULUEDA MARTINEZ, 23, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a municipal warrant for speeding.
• DANIBELLE MILLER-OLIVARES, 32, was arrested Thursday by the HCSO on a charge of credit/debit card abuse.
• GUADALUPE NIETO, 43, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of running a stop sign.
• RICARDO SALCEDO GARZA, 49, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• JOE LYNN PAYNE, 40, was transferred to the county jail Thursday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.
• MARY GUTHRIE NELSON, 49, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on charges of forgery of a financial instrument (two counts) and municipal warrants for running a red light, violation of a promise to appear (two counts), expired motor vehicle inspection, running a stop sign, displaying an expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility and no license plate.
• KRISTY MICHELLE LIVINGSTON, 26, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction or suspension.
• CARL WAYNE NICHOLSON, 22, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for hindering a police officer, speeding and animal at large.
• JESSIE RAMIREZ GONZALES, 27, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of assault causing bodily injury – family violence.
• JUSTIN WAYNE HOLSENBECK, 19, was arrested Friday by DPS on charges of minor in consumption of alcohol and violation of a promise to appear.
• ROJELIO A. RAMIREZ, 31, was arrested Friday by DPS on a Howard County warrant for driving while intoxicated – second offense.
• MARIO RIVAS JR., 23, was transferred to the county jail Friday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• TRAFFIC ACCIDENT was reported approximately 10 miles west of Big Spring on Highway 176. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of Kenneth. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 200 block of Johnson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 300 block of N. Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 100 block of Circle. Service refused.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 1700 block of Morrison. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2600 block of Hunter. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2200 block of Johnson. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1300 block of Wright. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1700 block of Morrison. Service refused.
• TRAUMA was reported in the 100 block of Circle. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2700 block of Larry. One person was transported to SMMC.
