The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• GREGORY D. WILLMAN, 27, of Kentucky, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of evading arrest or detention.
• RAMONDA LYNN JONES, 30, of 1315 E. 11th Place, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of hindering officers discharging official duties.
• JESSICA BLANCO, 29, of 305 E. 19th St., was arrested Tuesday on charges of dog or cat running at large (two counts).
• EDWIN JAMES DEAN, 45, of 1403 S. Nolan, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of disorderly conduct – language.
• JACKIE KIRKHAM, 17, of 2521 Dow, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of disorderly conduct – language.
• SEYDI YUDITH MESTA, 26, of 600 N. Goliad, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for leaving unattended child in motor vehicle and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 2600 block of Chanute.
In the 2200 block of Main Street.
• BURGLARY OF A HABITATION was reported in the 2500 block of March Circle.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
In the 200 block of W. FM 700
• ASSAULT was reported in the 1600 block of Martin Luther King Blvd.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 71 inmates at the time of this report.
• GREGORY W. WILLMAN, 27, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of evading arrest or detention.
• KARISSA RICQUEL MITCHELL, 25, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on a Midland warrant for driving while license invalid.
• JACKIE JOE-KYLE KIRKHAM, 17, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – language.
• JESSICA BLANCO, 29, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on charges of dog at large (two counts).
• SEYDI MESTA, 26, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on charges of child under 7 years of age unattended in a vehicle and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
• EDWIN JAMES DEAN, 45, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of disorderly conduct – language.
• MANUEL JUNIOR MATA, 24, was arrested Wednesday by the HCSO on a charge of public intoxication.
• DAVID ORTIZ, 41, was transferred to the county jail Wednesday by the BSPD on a charge of public intoxication.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1200 block of Ridgeroad. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1800 block of N. Highway 87. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 4100 block of Muir. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Gregg Street. One person was transported to SMMC.
