The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JAMES DAVID KRAMER, 25, of 3911 Rice Rd., was arrested Tuesday on warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear (two counts).
• CASEY LYNN SMITH, 18, of 1603 Cardinal, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for no driver's license – when unlicensed, failure to appear (three counts) and failure to use a safety seat system for a child (two counts).
• MARTIN ALVARADO, 29, of 1603 Cardinal, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for possession of marijuana – two ounces or less, driving while license invalid and failure to appear.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF was reported:
In the 600 block of Linda Lane.
In the 1500 block of Sunset.
In the 1300 block of Runnels.
• THEFT was reported:
In the 400 block of Fourth Street.
In the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.
• BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE was reported in the 1900 block of Wasson Road.
• ASSAULT was reported in the 400 block of E. Fourth Street.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity:
Note — Officials with the Howard County Jail reported having 78 inmates at the time of this report.
• JAMES KRAMER, 25, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear (two counts).
• JOSE LUIS RIVERA, 23, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on judgment/sentence for theft and possession of marijuana – two ounces or less.
• CASEY LYNN SMITH, 18, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on municipal warrants for no driver's license, failure to appear (three counts) and failure to use a safety seat system for a child (two counts).
• DARRICK DEWAYNE MOSLEY, 43, was arrested Tuesday by the HCSO on an Austin parole warrant.
• CHERYL SUZANNE BARKER, 31, was arrested Tuesday by the Glasscock County Sheriff's Office on an Ector County warrant for a motion to revoke probation for theft by check and a Glasscock County warrant for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice.
• MARTIN ALVARADO, 29, was transferred to the county jail Tuesday by the BSPD on a charge of possession of marijuana – two ounces or less in a drug free zone and municipal warrants for driving while license invalid and violation of a promise to appear.
• WILLIAM ROBERT CALLEY, 34, was arrested Tuesday by DPS on a charge of driving while intoxicated – second offense.

The Big Spring Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services reported the following activity:
• MEDICAL was reported in the 2500 block of Gunter. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1000 block of Sycamore. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3800 block of Hamilton. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1400 block of Tucson. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 3900 block of Parkway. Service refused.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1100 block of Wood. One person was transported to SMMC.
• MEDICAL was reported in the 1900 block of Simler. One person was transported to SMMC.
